Ex husband trouble

I have been selling my house unsuccessfully for 2 years and it appears my ex husband is stalling the sale. We have been to court agreed the split and the house is currently empty. He wont agree price drop and cancels viewings. How can i force the sale. I cant afford more court battles and need to house my 3 children.

What a nightmare, I have no idea but will bump this up so someone who knows might see it.

Back to court. Submit the paperwork yourself, couple of hundred quid, you know how it works.

Request sole charge of the sale, or an agreed sale price.

No worries. It's 5 years since I was in court, so have a look on the Wikivorce forum for up to date info - forms, costs etc plus moral support.
It's a lot to do with control at this stage. Take him on - if all he's achieving by messing around is wasting everyone's time (and money) it shouldn't take long for a judge to order sale at £xxx and put you in charge of it.
