That's fine, sounds perfectly affordable - the rent is about 1/3 of total income, which is fine.

Sounds ok to me. Do you have a good history of renting? Having just signed my life away as my stepdaughter's guarantor make sure their credit rating/income is tip top.

I work in property and our criteria is 2.5 times the annual rent (£20,250) however this may not take into account tax credits etc (not had a tenant in that situation so just not sure off the top of my head). The guarantor would need to earn 3 times the annual rent (£24,300)
