Nah, I do this all the time. Only disinfectant if there's been raw meat on it.

I wipe mine down with a cloth swished in the washing up water, but I think thats better than how I grew up, everything was bleached to within an inch of it's life! On the rare occasions raw meat comes into contact with them, I spray white vinegar before wiping
