Washing sofa cover disaster

I’ve machine washed the covers on one of our new sofas. Said in the care info that they were machine washable. But I think some of the dye has run and got caught in creases in the fabric 😩.

I’ve ironed them but they look sort of tie dye. It’s noticeable as the other sofa covers haven’t been washed yet. Is there anything I can do it rectify it? I was thinking maybe wash them again but with a colour catcher sheet? Any other bright ideas? Thanks.

Can you post a close up photo? Are they still wet?

What colour are they? And what material? Your best bet might be dying the washed out colour back in.

Wash them all to match?

Get in touch with the manufacturer; if the care label says the covers are machine washable, that shouldn’t have happened. I’d do that before trying to remedy it myself.

Thanks all. They’re grey.

I’ll get in touch with the manufacturer I think.
