dried mushroom recipes

Has anyone got any good recipes using dried mudrooms?

I soak them in stock to use for mushroom risotto, which is a favourite with 3/5 of the family... But two aren't really fans of rice though alk eat mushrooms.

We've got a huge stock of dried mushrooms thanks to foraging FIL and he was a little deflated to see how many we still had when he turned up with more! I do really appreciate the gift but what else can I do with them?

Small pork tenderloin
cover it in mild mustard
Then cover that with a mix of ground dried mushrooms ( just throw them in the food processor till powdery) , coriander seeds and black pepper
Roast as usual

Doesnt sound much but the taste is way more than the sum of its parts. Its fabulous.

Mushroom bourguignon is delicious I'm sure you could use dried mushrooms instead. I make my own by memory but Jamie Oliver one is good.

ottolenghi's porcini and pork lasagne (it was featured in the guardian) is good and Gizzi Erskine' vegan Bolognese uses dried mushrooms (I've not tried it but it looks delicious!)

The mushroom powder works on steak too. Delish!
