Pregnancy test question

Had sex two weeks ago. We used a condom. Didn’t notice any issues at the time.

Period was due at the weekend but hasn’t come on. Usually have period symptoms a day or two before it finally shows up, but nothing 😕

Did one of those pregnancy test strip things when I got up and I’m fairly sure it’s negative. Was a little mark on the test which could I suppose have been a very (very very) faint line but I am unconvinced.

Has anyone had a negative test a couple of dahs past their period being due? I have two kids already. I’d have thought it would be at least faintly (but obviously) positive by now.

Wil just need to wait it out and see what comes of it but I’d be interested in some views.

In my experience any mark in the window, however faint, is a positive. Go and buy a First Response.

It was one of those strips rather than a test. My experience is the same as yours re marks in the window but I’m not 100% sure exactly where the line on the strip should be

I will buy a first response but I won’t get a chance until after work. I’m just interested in views until I get a chance. Just so I can wind myself up all day

Really would expect to see something by 2 days late, but if you’re not usually late I’d probably take a FRER anyway just in case.

This is my result on those test strips at 9dpo, 10dpo, 11dpo and 12dpo. Faint to start with but definitely there.

Yeah my gut feeling is that I’m not, tbh
