I'm organising a private event where people will need to apply and buy tickets and complete information eg contact emergency number for a teen, food allergies, emergency medical info etc. Is there any (ideally free) software out there where I can personalise the invitation and include a form that people have to complete when replying. I want to save paper and make life a bit easier for myself :) Thanks
