Eye issues

Just wondering if anyone has experienced similar. I’ve been having issues in one eye for months...since May.
It’s started as an irritation, kind of like a dry eye issue. One optician said blepharitis and gland dysfunction. Another said nothing wrong. Saw a consultant ophthalmologist privately who said no blepharitis issues but had some irritation on the cornea. Resolved with prescribed lubricating drops. All good. Except I have this ongoing feeling of heaviness in the affected eye. It doesn’t get irritated anymore but feels almost gooey even tho it is not. It feels like a slight weight between the brow bone and eye ball.
It’s driving me mad after suffering for so long! Anyone suffered similar or can suggest what it might be?

Are you in, or near, London? You can go to the walk-in at Moorfields Eye Hospital www.moorfields.nhs.uk in EC1. I believe there are also Moorfields units at St George's, Tooting, and another hospital in Croydon.

Otherwise, you could Google a walk-in eye unit at the nearest hospital to you - there are possibly other Moorfields eye units around the country too.

Thanks, nowhere near. The only way to access eye hospitals where I am is by referral which is has a waiting list of months. I saw the consultant ophthalmologist privately.
I’m not even sure if it’s even an eye issue anymore. Maybe sinus or something. I don’t know but I know it’s driving me mad!

In the first instance try this, the warm one for 5-10 minutes a day.

If it doesn’t help, it won’t hurt.
