Did anyone else feel.an earthquake?

I was already awake breastfeeding my son at about 4.30am when the bed moved and some water sloshed out of my glass!
But according to DH I dreamt it...

Did anyone else feel anything?

I felt one in Costa Rica! Lots of people slept through it but we were in a hotel room built on stilts and I wondered what the hell was going on!!!

Yes I did! I was online doing some research from 12.30 am until 5.30 am this morning, sitting at the kitchen table. I felt, a shuddering, under my feet, about the time you describe, and it crossed my mind that it could be an earth tremor I had experienced. I cannot be certain of the exact time but I am amazed at reading your post which confirms that I did feel a tremor.
I am in Northumberland, about 10 miles north of Newcastle.
I have felt vibration, heard the rumbling of earth tremors and the 'after shocks' in Greece, in past years, but they were much stronger than what I experienced in the early hours of today.
