Not me, but a family member received a speeding fine in July and paid £100. They didn't send off their license and no longer have the original letter.
Back in the day of paper licenses I know they had to be sent to be endorsed. Ive looked on the Govt website and its not particularly clear.
They didn't tell their insurance people either so I'm trying to sort the mess out .. ..
