Pcos, first period in months

And my god am I suffering. Not had a period since July. I’m in so much pain, I’m flooding out all the time and Iv had to sit on two towels. Iv just ordered a moon cup to help.

Iv got lower back ache and stomach cramps. To top it off Iv had diarrhoea all day too! I feel so poorly with it 😪😪

Anyone else suffering? I can’t believe how heavy it is and it’s only day 1 :(

Had an awful night sleep, kept waking up to me flooding. Iv bled everywhere 😪

If I squat in the bath it’s literay pouring out of me and it bright red. My moon cup comes today and I can’t wait

Sounds terrible, OP. I hope it settles down today. When will you have to go to work or otherwise out? Can you catch a nap today?

I don’t work luckily, I’m a stay at home mum. I’m hoping il get one later when little one naps. I’m honestly feeling so ill.
