Do you iron clothes before you take them to the charity shop?
Have just washed a load of dds clothes to take to the charity shop (most of it brand new) and have just gone to iron it all but dp said not to bother as they will probably be cleaned again at the charity shop. Is this true? Do you iron before taking things to the charity shop? Think I will anyway but I was just curious if everyone else did or am I wasting my time?

i work in a charity shop and we dont wash clothes before they go into the shop we do steam them to get creases out with an upright steamer and is great if someone has ironed them first as it makes our job a lot easier, the nightmare bags are decent clothes with a million creases in them sadly on a day when we get overwhelmed with donations the bag that takes that long to steam that its more time consuming than the money the clothes make are liable to end up in the rag bags
