Nectar Points - have I lost them?

Hi.
Signed-up for a Nectar card online where it generated my card number - whilst waiting for the card to arrive, I made two sizeable purchases and quoted my card number. They typed it into the till and said the points would be added. I’m aware there can be a delay, but the first purchase I made WITH my card has credited me with the points whereas those two previous purchases still haven’t. Is it likely I have lost them? TIA.
