Is Trespass the next high street retailer to be going down?

I placed an order a week ago that was meant to be delivered by Friday. It's still showing as "processing" on the order tracking.

I went on FB and Twitter to see what was going on and there are loads of people who have been waiting for orders and refunds that are not being processed since mid September.

This is a bad sign isn't it? I'm never getting my new boots.
