Ouch ouch ouch

Don't know what the fuck I have done but I've woken up in absolute agony. Can't move my foot at all without excruciating pain. Whole foot is in agony as soon as I attempt even the smallest movement.

Only option for pain relief is waking up dh but feel guilty. The pain is bareable as long as I don't move it. Sad

No bite marks.

It's a lot better than it was at 1:30am! Still really tender and almost feels bruised. I can now move it though. No swelling or visable bruising so will have to put it down to one of those things.

My husband had this and it was gout! Soon cleared up but if it still really hurts get it checked out.

Would it possibly be a cramp. . I often wake up with pain like that and I would be sore and tender for a good while after
