Dodgy stomach

I’m lying in bed, with that horrendous stomach feeling where you know that at some point soon you are going to vomit spectacularly. Just a matter of time. I’m supposed to be running a half marathon on Sunday and then go and watch my daughter dance in a show in London. And am wondering what my chances are of making it Sad

Have you got any peptide bismal? I had a horrendous tummy upset a few weeks ago and this really helped to settle it. It tastes vile but the relief of feeling sick was almost immediate.
Try drinking some cooled boiled water from the kettle to also also try and settle it.
Flat coke/lemonade if you do start being sick. It keeps your sugars up. Hope you feel better soon.
3 worst illnesses, toothache, earache, feeling sick.

Haha yes thank you !

No, nothing like that. I’m normally the one with the cast iron stomach. Wondering if I should try and be sick to get it over with.

Yes! I was going to suggest the toothbrush trick but wasn't sure how that would go down. Usually the relief of ridding your stomach of the 'bad bit' it doesn't want can sometimes help.

The anticipation is probably worse than the reality will be...
