Improving DD’s handwriting

DD age 9 is a very bright kid, but her handwriting is illegible. I always say to her, it’s no use writing the right answer if no one can read it. But it falls on deaf ears.
I noticed this evening that she’s not even holding her pencil correctly. She’s in Year 4. If the teachers haven’t picked this up and helped her I’m going to have to do it myself.
Can anyone recommend any resources to use at home to improve her handwriting? Thanks.
