We are selling our house and just as we were ready to exchange the people at the bottom of the chain have pulled out. The house we want (and have paid legal feels and surveys etc for already) is back online and we have had to put our house back online although we hope the lady buying ours will find a new buyer soon. I am getting phone calls daily from estate agents telling me that I only have a few weeks before the market goes quiet, blah blah. I am currently with just one estate agent (the ones that got the sale for us) should I have more than one? We did before but were told we were over exposed and it looks desperate. Our agents are on Right Move so I think maybe we just stick with them...but any advice will be appreciated as I feel like I am losing my mind (as well as keep changing it)!
