Shoe repair shop ruined my shoes

Have apair of shoes for work which I love. I went to get the re heeled and took them to a high street cobblers. They’ve come back and there so stretched I don’t have tiny shoes either standered size 6. Second pair it’s happened to. I normally take my good heels and get them sent of to be done. But these are for work and I needed them done quick. Foot won’t stop slipping out of them should I complain.

Yes complain, why wouldn't you. Ask for an explanation as to why they are stretched and what they can do to solve it.

Wondering how they manage to stretch them. If you take them to a shop to be stretched they always come out the same size, never any bigger.

Insoles might be the answer.

I think it’s when they put the shoe on the shoe Mould upside down to sort the heel out my guess is that the Mould is for once size fits all and mine probably to small for the Mould
