Anyone in the same boat

so 3 years ago my daughter was taken off me, it was found on balance of probability that I caused harm to her. Something I have always denied. family court works off probability not fact. All contact stopped. I was advised I could go back to court to try gain access after 12 months passed. I chose not to at the time as I was still a mess from losing her. And now i'm applying for court. and want to know any parents out there who had contact court ordered to stop ever regain contact?

The top of her left arm was broken, I didn't no how it happened. So they said that on the balance of probability I had caused the injury. x

I would say after 3 years apart and you didn't bother trying to her her back after the initial 12 months you don't stand much of a chance to get her back now.

How do you think her arm got broken? How old is she?

You say you were a mess because you’d lost her...but didn’t keep fighting for her ....I’m sorry but that doesn’t add up
My friend had her children unjustly removed from her 7 months ago...and she’s never stopped fighting for them, not for one day and with every breath in her body and for every penny in the thousands it has cost her to still end up being a victim of the courts

These children had no injuries, were well loved and nurtured...
Crazy

We were in court proceedings for 21 months before it ended in no contact. I have written contact twice a year. And I spent £28K on proceedings and defence. She is just about to turn 6. It's not about "getting her back" it's trying to regain contact with her.. and I was not in the same room as her at the time her arm broke. there was a high chance her arm got trapped in her bed.
