In the last week I've had to sit through a presentation of DD's market research on how much pocket money her friends get, an impassioned pitch for 'her share' of the nectar points we collect buying things as a family, and finally this morning a carefully worked out scheme involving her getting next saturday's pocket money today, then the saturdays after tomorrow, then the saturdays after that on Friday etc. all on the basis that she wouldn't ever lose out on in the future because there will always be more saturdays...they're infinite.
I'm starting suspect she thinks of little else.
In other news how much pocket money IS normal? I wasn't totally convinced her survey wasn't anecdata....
