Any advice would be appreciated.
Dr (4) has just started school been there a couple of weeks he used to go to bed at 6.15 and be asleep at 6.30 and wake up at 6. Now he goes to bed at the same time exhausted and stays awake until 8/9 and is exhausted again the next day. I have tried putting his bed time earlier and later and makes no difference.
He is so bad tempered as tired and it's becoming a nightmare
