Anyones dc got any imaginex sets? Saw them for the first time in Smyths and thought ds may like one or two for his 4th birthday.

Ive never heard of them before and wondered if the qualitt was any good? Are they interactive much?

My 4 year old has a few of the super hero sets. He adores them and has spent hours playing with them (and making me play too)

They’re great! Very robust, and they have these red turntable things that you stand the figure in, turn it and something opens/fires a little plastic arrow/lights up or whatever. My boys have a few of the Batman ones and spend ages acting out stuff.

You can also get blind bags of the figures which make ideal stocking fillers.

My little boy has just turned 4 and loves them. He got given some from older cousins and I've bought quite a lot from Facebook Marketplace - he especially likes the big boat. It seems to be great quality.

My DS is 14 and still has a sneaky play with his little cousins imagined toys. Fire station was a big hit when he was wee.

My son has £100s worth of imaginex toys. They are brilliant he has loads of batman and power ranger sets and vehicles and 100s of figures. He's had them almost 3yrs and they are still in good condition even though they are played with most days..

Only downside is they can be quite expensive if they are batman or power rangers and my son watches toy reviews on YouTube so he sees a certain figure he likes and I spend about a week hunting down the figure!!

He absolutely loves them and will spend hours playing with them definitely a good buy

Thanks everyone! The sets dont seem too pricey and good to know they have longevity.

Love them. They're great quality: we've got some that have been played with for 6+ years that look as good as new.
