Skinned knee

It hurts like a bastard and plasters/gauze patches keep pulling off any forming scabs. Any idea what to use to stop it sticking to my trousers while allowing it to actually heal?

Those non-stick dressing pads. Like Menolin.

DSs have had loads of weepy injuries from rugby!

Will I get them in a chemist, SoupDragon?

I have been using low adhesion wound pads but they stuck!
