How many hours sleep do you get a night?

And do you feel well rested throughout the day?

Just curious to see what works for others. I'm constantly exhausted and that's on 7 hours sleep 😴

6/7 hours broken sleep.

Working on that by nightweaning.

Basically if she wakes me at the beginning or end of the night it’s okay, as long as I have 4 hours without disturbance. If she wakes me throughout the night I feel like crap.

I can easily get 10 hours on a Saturday.

According to Fitbit I have averaged 6hrs 48 mins this year. I get very little deep sleep though, sometimes just 5 minutes all night. I’ve only had the elusive star for 8+ hours once all year.
I cope well on my 7 hours, better since I’ve started exercising regularly, but on the odd nights I get 4-5 hours I feel horrific.

I listened to a hypnosis podcast last night on Spotify, and this morning my graph shows a solid deep sleep of well over an hour, which is very unusual for me, so I wonder if it’s due to the relaxation of the hypno? I’ll definitely do that again if so!

I always feel tired when I wake up, irregardless of how much sleep I’ve had. Usually manage 7 (11pm - 6am) in the week and 8 (12pm - 8am) on weekends.

Doing sober October to see if it’s connected to alcohol so we shall see if that helps. Otherwise possible Drs trip and potentially talking DH into a new bed to see if that helps.

I had 6 last night sometimes it's as little as 5. I do have a nap of about twenty minutes late afternoon. I retired in my forties due to ill health so do sometimes have some bad pain issues. Before that I slept easily for 8 hours a night.

Around 6 hours on a normal night. Rarely more than 7 but I don't seem to need it, even if I can sleep longer and have no alarm I usually wake up at 7 hours. Less than 5 and I really feel it and struggle!
