There was one of these last year and I discovered loads of new things!

Mine is Ponzu. It’s a citrus seasoned soy sauce and is amazing!

I just made a vegan cake for my Macmillan coffee morning and it was absolutely delicious.

Smoked tofu - can't get enough of the stuff
