I would love a restaurant recommendation for Mayfair

Please.

Ideally walking distance to Berkeley Square, really nice atmosphere. Any price point. Person who I am wanting to treat doesn’t like fish and eats mainly veggie.

An alternative might be an afternoon tea somewhere.... the Ritz?

Many thanks

Try somewhere in Shepherd's Market. There are loads of nice restaurants there. A really nice Greek one iirc.

I don't know what the veggie offerings are like but have a look at Pollen Street Social off Maddox st or le petit maison on brooks mews. Both lovely restaurants albeit on the expensive side

Look up Novikov restaurant in Mayfair. It has Asian or Italian cuisine. You can book for either side. Nice place to have a relaxing dinner.

Try posting or researching at www.chowhound.com uk/London section
Is The Wolsley @ Piccadilly too far? I would recommend that.

If you fancy upmarket Indian, Benares (on Berkeley Sq) is very good and is also very vegetarian-friendly.

I like coya but might be a bit fish heavy. Kitty fisher in shepherds market is nice but may be too meaty. Wolsley is lovely for a posh breakfast!!

HouseOfMouse · 01/10/2018 18:50

(I like Kitty Fishers in Shepherd Market too but I don’t think it will be as good for a veggie.)

Or Hakkasaan? Not been to the Mayfair one, but I love the Hanover street branch.

Langan’s, surely.
