Hi all
Looking for motivation, inspiration and some ideas of things I can do in the evenings. 3 young kids, husband works away a lot and I am desperately lacking in any hobbies/exercise/activities that I do 'just for me'. I work 4 standard days per week but often work evenings too to keep on top of emails etc.... I don't really like exercise and not sure if it is because I am lazy or just exhausted!
So, any on-line active courses/you tube activities etc..... that you find easy to fit in and that work?? Thinking more wellbeing/activity/yoga rather than sedentary. My anxiety level is creeping up and my head needs switched off with some self-care sooner rather than later!
