I’ve booked a car with Thrifty for our weeks holiday in 20 days and now I’m worried have read on trust pilot they get a one star review and have been accused of taking and keeping massive credit card deposits.
I can’t get through to anyone that can tell me what the credit card deposit is. In the U.K. it’s £500 for the size of car but it just doesn’t tell you anywhere else and none of the numbers I have work.
Can someone tell me what to do please?! I’ve got about £750 cc available and extra insurance on the travel policy. I have an SP30 but that’s it and I’m over 25.
