I’m just wondering if this has happened to anyone else as it may be a fault in their systems! I’ve ordered Tesco home delivery twice in the past month. The payment wouldn’t go through the first time I tried as I keep all my money in a savings account. I put £4 in there and tried again. It didn’t work so I tried again and it confirmed my delivery. I checked my bank and they’d taken the whole £4 out
When the shopping came it was full price and the money hadn’t appeared to be returned that way. I ordered another shop last week and the same happened. Luckily it was only £2 this time. I’m owed £6 in total now and it’s still not been returned. Going to go into my bank today and try and get it sorted. So frustrating!
