Tesco keeping £2 confirmation

I’m just wondering if this has happened to anyone else as it may be a fault in their systems! I’ve ordered Tesco home delivery twice in the past month. The payment wouldn’t go through the first time I tried as I keep all my money in a savings account. I put £4 in there and tried again. It didn’t work so I tried again and it confirmed my delivery. I checked my bank and they’d taken the whole £4 outHmm When the shopping came it was full price and the money hadn’t appeared to be returned that way. I ordered another shop last week and the same happened. Luckily it was only £2 this time. I’m owed £6 in total now and it’s still not been returned. Going to go into my bank today and try and get it sorted. So frustrating!

have you tried calling their help line?

Mistakes happen.
Why do people post on here, bitching without having tried to contact the company and sort it out?

It's almost as though they thrive on being pissed off with someone or something.

Maybe the problem is that you are trying to order from an account with insufficient funds in?
