Radiator cabinets/covers. Do you have them? Do they prevent heat from warming up house properly??

I have an obsession with getting some for my house.

Why? They do block off some of the heat. I don't find radiators unsightly. I also like to finish off drying slightly damp washing on mine so I don't see the point of them.
