Tired of being single
I feel like I am not good enough to be loved & everyone else is.

Get a therapist or engage with the therapist you have
(They will often offer reduced rates if the cost is too high)

Having a space to talk about how you feel, with an appropriate person will help you to feel more confident and up for getting to know new people, do new things.
