I lost a lot of weight after having my first child and needed a bra intervention. I went for a fitting at house of fraser croydon and was given 34FF and it was great at the time. a truly great bra intervention by a pro.

Some years later and a bit fatter (not that much fatter, but some) I can't keep the straps on my shoulders. They slide down my arms. Can any bra gurus tell me which measurement probably needs adjusting in which direction?

(I'd like to buy online if poss - maybe try a few sizes and return some - but a clue of what to try would be really helpful)

thank you!

Do you have a tape measure? Often the back size is too big when straps fall down. Have you tightened the straps themselves?
