Dh and I are just watching this and really enjoying it. We've just watched Adam and Rachel's wedding. Before th e wedding started Rachel held it up (left Adam waiting at the altar) to ask David about his affair, it was that important. He confirmed he was, and she got married. The minute he tried to talk to her after the wedding she got all huffy and started saying "this is my WEDDING DAY, not the time or place".
Well that's what dh and I were shouting when she was leaving all her guests waiting! Why did she do this?

You’re bumping after four minutes? Grin

Never watched Cold Feet though

Yes sorry I am not expecting many replies, it's probably been a decade or so for most people.

I think Rachel was always meant to be wonderful, but could be inconsistent. She went completely off the rails at her hen party as well. Not to mention shagging her ex in the house she shared with Adam.

Oh yes the husband thing. She dud make some odd decisions. This just seemed so strange.

Isn’t it because she was disappointed in him so chose not to waste her time on him? I didn’t understand it either though as if David (salt of the earth committed family man type) could cheat on Karen, it meant anyone had it in them to cheat....not what you need to know on your wedding day.

God I miss it.

Is David meant to be a salt of the earth committed family man? He spent the first few years of his sons life working late so he didn't have to do anything, he paid for a prostitute (OK didn't sleep with her in the end) and mainly treated Karen like part of the furniture.

Thanks for the spoiler alert, I've just started watching Cold Feet for the first time. (I did read your thread though, I'm not too bothered about finding out what happens 😁). I'm only on series one but I've bought the whole lot so if you give me a couple of months I'll let you know..!

I think he thought he was because he was the financial provider....(& not a lot else!)! Until Karen went back to work as an editor...

Next question... Why wasn't Ramona at the funeral?
