Please help me, I keep waking up with a sore head/neck at 4am ish! And then in the morning when I properly wake up my head/neck hurts too. It's 100% how I'm sleeping as I'm fine in day time.

When I lye down to go to bed I find it really uncomfy and I fiddle about with my pillows so much I just can't get it right!

When I was on holiday I lay down and was comfy. I'm convinced it's my pillows. I have tried even having loads and being propped up but I end up wriggling down.

I think I need a really fat pillow like hotels have. Mine seem a bit weedy and are quite misshapen even though not very old.

Any suggestions? Mine are likely cheapest ones from asda type. Happy to pay more but I don't want to waste my money. But I'm almost dreading bed now as I know I'll wake up uncomfy!

Get a memory foam pillow, you will never look back.

Google seemed to suggest they would make it worse? Are they not really hard?!

I find mine really supportive. It's firm but not hard and stopped the neck issues I was having.

I find a cluster fibre pillow best. I often throw my pillows on the floor, bub less often this one. When my neck is bad, I prefer none.

I recently came back from centre parcs and was the exact same! The pillows there were great! We had old Tesco ones at home but went to dunelm mill and bought some 2, they were £14 each which in dunelm is quite cheap but they are great. They are quilted, I'll try and add a picture of the packaging
