Debating what to take 7yo DS to see at the pictures. He’s seen everything else, and I know it’s a 12a so I’m wondering if anyone’s seen it and is it too scary for a 7yo?

Additionally it is a terrible film. Think a cheap Harry Potter crossed with Scooby Doo with the odd scene of walking dead.

Saw it with dd, 11. I wasn’t that impressed. Good cast but weak script and some of the effects are a bit dodge. It’s a bit of fun and I think a younger child would probably really enjoy it. A few jumps and spooks, but you might doze off op.

Hmm maybe Luis and the Aliens it is then! Although I was pretty much planning to doze throughout the film anyway 😂
