Would he get in trouble for this?

There are topless photographs taken of me at 15 with an older man, some of which he is touching me in. I don't want to report him but someone else is talking about taking them to the police.

Does anyone have any idea of what will happen if they do?

They should definitely be taken to the police. Are these digital photos? How has this other person seen the photos?

They are polaroids and I don't know how they have them, they werent there when they were taken but are friends with lots of people who were.

Report them all to the police

They should be taken to the police. At 15 you were too young to give consent for these photos to be taken or for the way you were mistreated. You may not want this person to get into trouble but you may not have been the only person he treated in that way and they may not be so forgiving.
