Long weekend/4 days away with girlfriends next summer

Where would you go?

We will be celebrating a significant birthday and there will be three of us. Travelling mid June. Our wants/wishes are

Pretty much guaranteed sun and warmth
Flight not longer than 3 hours
Not France
Not Greece
Not Barcelona
Not Lisbon
(all of these ruled out only because between us we've been there many times and we want a change)

Somewhere with a lovely beach but easy travelling distance (probably without car) to an interesting town or city.

Have you been on a similar break? Where did you go and would you recommend?

we went to ayia napa in cyprus. bars, but also beaches. lovely weather. bliss!

Lake Garda, Italy. You can stay at the southern end which is about 30 mins transfer from Verona airport. Loads of nice hotels there or airbnb apartments. There are various beaches and you can visit all the towns around the lake by boat. Weather is perfect in June and it's not too busy.
