Best trade union for women?

Is there such a thing?
I’m looking to join a union and become a rep in all female workforce, as we dont currently have a rep and things are a bit wobbly with new tenders.

Is there a union that’s particularly good for women or are they all much the same?

What do you do? Unions are usually set up to operate in particular sectors (teachers, nurses, retail etc)

I’m an Idva, the team as have a minimum of degree level education but all in different things, approx 1/3 of us are social workers so BASW was a consideration but that wouldn’t help the other 2/3
