I have only been to Longleat, but on a work conference so I didn't get to see it really.
I have a 16 month old, if that makes a difference!
I've been told some are smaller, some more modern than others.
Where do you recommend?

We’ve done longleat, sherwood and Woburn. We prefer sherwood - reasonable size and quite flat. Woburn is very small and very flat. Longest is massive but very hilly.

We are currently at Elveden and have also been to Woburn.
Elveden's plus points are that it is flat and the forest is well established. We have seen loads of muntjac this time. The pool is good, and whilst the toddler pool area is bigger than woburn, the acoustics are so bad that it's insanely noisy. I would also say the toddler area is better for ages 3+ as there is only one small slide suitable for under 2s (unless they are daredevils). I also am finding the lazy river and rapids a bit of a let down.

Woburn has newer accommodation obviously (and it felt more spacious). I seem to recall the pool area being in a bit of a basin, so it's a slog uphill on the way back to the accommodation. The pool in general isn't as big, but they have all the usual suspects (lazy river with rubber rings), rapids, some good slides. The lake area at Woburn is also possible to walk along easier.
So after two trips to Elveden and one to Woburn I think we will head to Woburn next time :)

Longleat is amazing, fantastic swimming pool especially the outside one!
