Super dry jacket ( sizing question)

Can anyone tell me approximately what age a small Superdry coat fits?

I find the sizing very confusing . Looking for Christmas So don’t really want to get him to try it on

Assume this is for DS ? Superdry jacket size small is 36" chest, depending on his build would be roughly 14 - 16 years old. I find superdry sizing is a little on the snug side so I normally go up a size.
