Has anyone experienced pain which feels like it is originating in the cervix region? Bending forward, sitting, walking, activity, all make the pain worse. The pain started in March following a 18 hour round trip to Scotland in the car, it started 6 days later and has got worse since where pit is now present every day, most of the time. The pain is like a dull ache with a dragging feeling sometimes and is really horrible.
I had an mri a couple of years ago and they found Varices around the cervix, whether this is where the pain is coming from I don’t know, it was never acted upon, just completely ignored. Sometimes the pain feels like it is coming from the back passage, it is extremely frustrating when after exhaustive investigations, I still have no diagnosis to this awful pain. I have also been told I have a urethral caruncle but these are supposed to be pain less I’m told and this is not where the pain is coming from about 5 urologists have told me. So I wondered if anyone has any experience of cervical varices or knows anyone who has and how treated. I am so fed up of being fobbed off and no further on in spite of seeing numerous consultants privately. No one seems to want to go that extra mile to try and find out what is causing this awful pain.
If anyone can help even in the smallest way I would be so grateful.
