In the summer I was diagnosed with GAD and have been doing a lot of self help plus taking herbal sleeping tablets to battle my chronic insomnia.
Literally three nights ago I stopped the sleeping tablets and have had amazing sleep due to new habits and my anxiety has significantly lowered.
Then last night someone broke in to our house. I’m a wreck and so pissed off that I’m in a worse place than I’ve ever been. It’s hideous. I’m actually worried that I’ll seriuosly crack with no sleep and the physical effects of the anxiety.
Bastards.
