I’m hoping to sell my house but realise this may be a bad time of year to do so. Our house is quite niche - it’s a 200 year old listed building and quite quirky, and was on the market for over a year when we purchased. You could probably buy a new build for the same price we are hoping to get. Is autumn a terrible time to put it up for sale? We are not in a massive rush, but would like to be in a new house within the next year. We are up to date with maintenance/repairs etc. Any advice is welcome!
