Another 'would you eat this?' question.

Moussaka. Assembled in August for a party, fridged and baked 2 days later. Uneaten moussaka portioned up and frozen.

I want to eat it for tea. It's OK, right? The meat and bechamel sauces have already been heated twice as they were precooked but the moussaka as a whole has only been cooked once. The meat is lamb mince.

Yep, never turn a good home made moussaka down.
Just reheat it to nuclear levels and it will be fine
