I use Qustodio to keep and eye on DS's phone and to set limits, he will NOT self regulate so I have to, which he hates.
The problem is, I set times he can't use it and set it to alert me when this time is up and I set limits for different days. But every time I log back into the website, the limits have changed. I noticed today that DS had sneaked his phone upstairs and was on it until gone 10pm and had been on it for about 6 hours in total after school. When I looked on the website the time limits had all gone up and it would work until 11pm which is why I didn't get an alert. But you have to log in with my password and I'm 95% sure that DS doesn't know my password. I usually make him turn away if I type it in and it's a combination of letters and number that wouldn't make sense if he saw it so I don't know how he would remember and I type fast.
I'm going to change my password just in case. But is this a glitch of some sort as it keeps happening? Or is DS managing to get in and change this himself? He's never been on the online portal so I'm not sure he would fully see how it all works plus all the categories I've blocked have stayed blocked.
