Jet 2 and cots

Hi we are off on an all inclusive holiday next week with jet2. There was no option to request a cot for our one year old. Does anyone know if it is likely to include one due to his age? I've emailed hotel today to ask but not heard back yet so just thought I'd ask if anyone had experience of this ?

I think you've done the right thing by emailing the hotel. They'll sort it out.

Hi. I phoned them up to arrange it. They did it while I was on the phone and confirmed it by email too.

Thanks for the replies if I've not heard from the hotel tomorrow il give jet2 a ring. I definitely can't be bothered taking my own travel cot as well as everything else
