Tonight’s intro / recap appears to show Sasha about to jump off the hospital roof and Rick talking him down?

What on earth is that about?

Plus who is the creepy guy who appears to have deliberately put the older female doctor into locked in syndrome?

Is Paul McGann still in it?
Haven't watched for about 5 years.

Have googled Paul McGann and I think he may be the creepy surgeon I was referring to!

Ooh - I think Creepy Surgeon has just killed the woman doctor with locked in syndrome

Have to admit Paul McCann has aged in a funny way. His face is really drawn and creepy now. The skin looks plastic and cold. Still would though
