Any tips on how to get 7 month old to self settle

Hi all I'm really struggling at the moment my daughter is coming up 7 months and for the past few weeks I can't get her to sleep at night or in the day anywhere apart from on me. She has a good bedtime routine and i was starting a nap one but with no joy. She is teething one popped through think another is on its way I'm just shattered and need some me time any tips would be fab

I've been watching this thread since you posted, hoping that someone will come along with some magic words of wisdom!

My DS is 7.5 months and until a month ago was a fab night sleeper (1 or 2 quick wakes in the night; bf back to sleep). It's all gone to pot in the last month though and he's only sleeping for 2 hour stretches through the night. I'm knackered.

The change has coincided with a few milestones (cutting first 3 teeth; learning to crawl/drag; starting solids) so I'm wondering if there's a link.

Sorry that I don't have any tips or answers...but I wanted to let you know you're not alone!
