What is your favourite food programme and what is your worst?

Firstly I will watch any food programme, even the ones I shout at.

I love Nigel Slater, although prefer his writing. Love Nigella, although rarely follow her recipes. I just love the way she undulates, her earlier programmes are the best, before she was so airbrushed.

The hairy bikers are lovely and great recipes.

Jamie Oliver annoys me, he has become so arrogant since naked chef.

Delia is amazing, but Mary Berry wins for me, her recipes just work better.

HFW runs hot and cold with me.

Ottolenghi is quietly unassuming.

Gordon Ramsey is a twat slightly annoying, but great recipes.

No shout out for Ainsley Harriott yet? Grin

Him with his percy pepper! Brian Turner and AWT too - Oh gawd, I loved Ready Steady Cook.

Love Nadiya Hussein and Nigel Slater, both nice and calm and love their food, loathe everything with Greg Wallace in it!

I do love foodie travelogue type shows... so, my very fave is Anthony Bourdain, who was brilliant and a very sad loss, I also like Nigel Slater, Rick Stein, Ottelinghi and Man vs Food for the travel/ food crossover elements. Used to love Delia when I was young and Nigella a few years ago. Love Jamie Olivier books but not too keen on his tv stuff, it's ok.

I loved Keith Floyd, god rest his soul.

I like Rick Stein - I find him really engaging, although sometimes a bit pompous and smug.

Nigel Slater is just a lovely gentle darling, although I don't think I've ever tried his recipes.

I don't like Lorraine Pascal, she seems very fake.

Paul Hollywood comes across smug & smarmy and proper loves himself.
